Von Arx inc. may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following cases:

To service providers who, under a service contract, assist Von Arx inc. in their activities for the sole purposes provided by law. Following the reading of this Data Privacy Policy and confirming adherence to it, any person affected by the collection of personal information concerning them declares to understand that they were allowed to refuse that Von Arx inc. collect this information about them and also confirms:

that they accept that Von Arx inc. collects and shares personal information about them to achieve the purposes described in section 6 of this policy;
that they agree that some of their information may be transmitted to third parties or partners of Von Arx inc., solely for the purpose of achieving the purposes described in section 6 of this policy;
